본 공사는 건물을 소유한 건물주가 임차를 주는 방법이 아닌 직접 카페를 운영함으로써 카페 활성화를 통한 상권의 퀄리티를 높여 건물의 가치와 카페 수익을 함께 얻기 위한 목적으로 공사 대행사를 ㅊ로 선정하여 진행하게 되었습니다.
이에 희연재(Space Brand Communication Compan)는 커피 디지 지축점이 입점될 건물 2층, 3층, 4층은 일반 주택으로 1층 카페 입점을 통해 나머지 입주민들에게는 마치 라운지 같은 효과를 줄 수 있으면서 매장 인테리어의 디자인 및 톤 앤 매너는 전반적으로 밝은 톤의 우드와 아이보리 색상 그리고 라이트 그레이 바닥 타일 조합으로 화사하고 밝게 진행할 예정입니다.
